The Creative Arts House is a co-working space for Perth dwellers looking for a place to work, create, learn and knowledge share.
The space is designed for freelancers, entrepreneurs and independents from any walk of life to enjoy their freedom and independence whilst also having access to a strong network and collective force.
There are a number of desks available that can be hired on an hourly, daily, weekly or permanent basis that give co-workers access to a range of features including WIFI, meeting spaces, kitchen amenities and even a pug called Scarlett!
Residents
There is limited space available for permanent mid and long term leases for small businesses within The Creative Arts House. Price is on application and there is currently a waiting list - but we are always keen to hear how we can incorporate what you do into our space, so don't be shy to make a suggestion!
Fulltime
Fulltime membership is available from $450 + GST / month. It entitles you to 24/7 access, WIFI, printer / scanner / fax and full kitchen amenities. Minimum booking term is two months.
Hotdesking
We have a number of hot desks available starting at $25 + GST per day and you can book a desk for a day, a week or a month. It entitles you access to WIFI, printer / scanner / fax and full kitchen amenities.
