We have a large bedroom available in our two storey house in West Perth. The location is perfectly located walking distance to the city, Subiaco, Leederville, Kaplan English School, Kings Park and the Hay St cafe strip. There is a free bus at our doorstep that goes to leederville and the city, and the City West Train Station is walking distance.
The current tenants are in their mid 20s and we are looking for someone of similar age to fit the right dynamics of the house (friendly, clean, sociable, non-smoker).
The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom. The bedroom is spacious and unfurnished (available now). Bond is $720 and rent is paid 2 weeks in advance ($190/week), paid fortnightly. Bills are additional and split evenly between 3 people (wifi, electricity and water).
The bedrooms are quietly situated in the top level (upstairs) of the house to separate the living/kitchen/dining rooms which are downstairs. Why choose an apartment in West Perth when you can have a much bigger house for cheaper!?!
